People Manager [f/m/x] - part time
As a People Manager with the main focus on but not limited to Recruiting, you will own not only the scouting and hiring process but will also be our No. 1 ambassador for our company.

Lisa, our Head of Operations: Being the visionary heart & leader of our team, she guides us with passion and dedication. Sporty and mindful, you are likely to meet her on a downhill mountain bike track or in a yoga retreat.
Gerald, our Office & Operations Manager: Simply the best Office & Operations Manager around and one of our many smiling faces being in touch with our customers. On top of that, he's a motivated member of the Swat.io Runners Club.
Steffi, our People Manager: Is intrigued by the many colourful facets of modern & mindful people management. Being an always approachable fellow team mate for everyone and a sparring partner for the management is her sweet spot. Keeps her balance by practising and teaching Yoga.
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in IT Recruiting for an IT, software or SaaS corporation, a startup or as an IT recruiting consultant with focus on attracting the best talent
Passion for recruiting and a deep understanding of tech which helps you evaluating potential candidates and engaging with them
In-depth knowledge of modern recruiting tools, Austrian labor laws and the Austrian IT collective agreement
Experience with visa sponsorships (Rot-weiss-rot Karte)
A positive personality with great communication and organisational skills
Excellent people and influencing skills
Flexibility and readiness to work in a fast-pace and changing environment
Excellent German and English-language skills
Be fully in charge for scouting and hiring the best talent to accompany our 2021 strategy
Work closely with the Development, Product, Growth, Marketing and Operations teams to find the most dedicated and professional fit for the open position
Drive our recruiting and interviewing guideline further in order to deliver a high quality and remarkable candidate experiences
Create, implement and monitor onboarding plans and processes of new employees (that also work flawlessly in a remote set up)
Accompany our new team members not only throughout the interview process but also from the moment they join the Swat.io team
Be our most important link when it comes to welcoming newbies to the company and creating an innovative and evolving work environment for our existing team mates
Also engage in of state of the art Employer Branding measures
Gain experience in/ contribute to the broad activity range of HR Management
